Blueberry Scones

Mix low powder and baking powder evenly.
Sift into a container, cut the butter into small pieces and add in.

Use your fingers to rub into a granular shape.

Add milk and stir to form a dough.

Add egg yolk and knead into a ball.

After adding blueberries, put in the refrigerator for one hour.

Take out the dough and pull it into small pieces and stuff them into the lollipop mold.

Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. Baking powder must be mixed evenly with low powder before use, so that the baking powder can exert its effect better.
2. When the dough is not easy to handle, it can be quickly frozen in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
