Blueberry Soft Cookies

Cut the butter into small cubes of 1cm, add it to the sieved low powder, and rub it with your hands until it becomes finely crushed.

Add frozen blueberries and mix well.

Add 3/4 of the milk and mix slowly with a spoon. Add the milk again and stir slowly until there are a few particles.

Use a spoon to scoop out a piece, spread it in a non-stick baking dish, and line it up.

Put it in a 200° preheated oven, and bake for about 25 minutes on the second level.
Tips:
1. The size of the dough depends on your preference. If it is large, the baking time should be appropriately extended.
2. The blueberries inside can also be replaced with other cranberries.
3. It is recommended to eat it after a little bit of cold after baking, the surface will become soft after a long time.
