Blueberry Yam Cake

Wash the yam and peel it.

Tips:
1. Wear gloves after peeling the yam. Direct contact with your hands will cause itching.
2. It is better to choose ordinary yam, and the thicker taste is better. The iron rod yam is not as soft as ordinary yam after steaming.
3. Adjust the steaming time according to the thickness of the yam, generally between 25-50 minutes, the thicker the time, the longer. It can also be cut into smaller pieces to shorten the steaming time, or steamed in a pressure cooker can also shorten the time.
