Boat Congee

1. Ingredients: one piece of dragon fish, shrimp.

2. Soak scallops.

3. Shrimp and prawn thread, sliced dragon fish, and shred pork skin.

4. Shred the fried dough sticks, and shred the eggs.

5. After washing the rice, add the soaked scallops and water into the rice cooker.

6. Turn on the porridge cooking function to cook the bottom porridge.

7. Put the cooked porridge in a casserole.

8. Add pork skin and simmer for a while.

9. Add shrimp and simmer.

10. Add fish fillets and simmer.

11. Season with pepper and salt.

12. After turning off the heat, add shredded egg, fried dough sticks and celery leaves and pour in a proper amount of sesame oil.

16. Tingzi porridge with shrimp dumplings and rice noodles, a proper Cantonese snack.

Tips:

1. Celery leaves can be replaced with coriander or chives (I just use celery leaves to garnish them because I don't have them at home).
2. Rice noodles and other ingredients should be put in the Tingzi porridge (I don't like it).
3. The choice of materials depends on your preference.
