Boil Lard, Oil Residue

1. Rinse pork suet with warm water, cut into pieces, put it in a pot, add ginger, cooking wine, and water (equal with the oil), boil it over high heat

2. Boil the suet until slightly yellow, turn to low heat and simmer

3. Boil the suet until the suet is completely yellowed, and then fill out the oil residue and put it on the plate.

4. Scoop out the lard and put it into the basin

5. Pour the oil residue into the pot again, press it with a spatula to boil out the remaining oil in the oil residue

6. Scoop out the oil, add salt and monosodium glutamate to the oil residue, stir and fry evenly, then put it on the plate

After the boiled lard cools
