There are not many Arctic Shrimp I bought last time. Today I want to eat it, so I quickly make room for the refrigerator and I want to buy the new year's goods. The Arctic prawns I bought this time are really good. Each one has seeds. It has a unique sense of accomplishment. Every time I eat one, I feel like I have eaten hundreds of them, haha. Arctic prawns are a bit sweet, so today I don’t plan to add seasonings for cooking. It’s very delicious if you just boil it.

Boiled Arctic Shrimp

1. The Arctic Shrimp is taken out of the refrigerator to thaw

2. First mince the ginger and put it in the vinegar

3. Cut a little green onion and ginger slices

4. Add water and salt to a boil

5. Add a little cooking wine

6. Pour the green onions and ginger slices after the water is boiled

7. Pour the melted Arctic shrimp

8. Pick out the green onion and ginger as soon as you open the pot, put it on the plate and eat
