Boiled Beef
1.
Cut the meat into large thin slices
2.
Marinate the meat slices, white pepper, starch, and a half of a well-beaten egg. You can also use only the egg white, add a small spoon of salt for about 2 grams, and marinate for about 30 minutes.
3.
Boil the round lettuce in boiling water, or replace it with other vegetables. --
4.
Prepare chili pepper and chopped green onion, garlic and ginger. Separate the onions and garlic. Cut the pepper into sections. Stir-fry the chili and Chinese pepper in a pot over low heat, and serve
5.
Put the bottom oil in the pot, add two tablespoons of Pixian bean paste, then add the green onions and ginger, and sauté until fragrant
6.
Add the fried ingredients to hot water, probably a little more in your vegetable container, because it will volatilize in a while
7.
The marinated meat slices under each slice, cook until the slices change color, and then about 30 seconds, it will get old too long
8.
Take out the meat slices and place them on the numbered lettuce, then pour the soup in
9.
Sprinkle chili noodles, pepper noodles, and minced garlic on top. All shallots are sprinkled on top. Small chives will look better. I didn't buy them.
10.
Boil a small amount of hot oil in a pot, and then pour it on the chili noodles, pepper and minced garlic to inspire the aroma and finish.
Tips:
1. Cut the meat thinly, don't cook it too old, it doesn't take too long;
2. Use less chili, like heavy chili pepper noodles as appropriate.
