Boiled Beef

Cut the beef into thin slices against the texture, add egg white, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and water starch to mix well.

Add another spoonful of salad oil, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok, add garlic cloves and saute until fragrant.

Wash the soybean sprouts and cut into sections to drain the water. Pour into the pot with a little salt and stir fry until the bean sprouts become soft and broken.

Spread the fried bean sprouts on the bottom of the bowl.

After the oil is hot in the pot, add the ginger, garlic, pepper, and dried red pepper segments.

Then add the chopped Pixian bean paste, stir-fry the red oil on low heat.

Pour the broth or hot water and bring the soup to a boil over high heat.

Add the marinated beef slices and spread until they are broken. Season with salt, chicken powder, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

Sprinkle with coriander, scallion, and hot oil to quickly pour it on to stimulate the flavor of the seasoning and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Tips:
◎If you are afraid of spiciness, you don't need to sprinkle too many peppers and peppers at the end.
◎The beef is cut off raw, and it should not be cooked for a long time, otherwise the meat will not be tender enough.
◎Add some salad oil when marinating beef to lock the pulp and make the taste more tender.
