【boiled Beef】---spicy and Fragrant Dishes

Wash the beef and cut into even thin slices.

Prepare baby dishes. (You can also choose bean sprouts, cucumber, etc.)

Prepare the scallion white section, ginger slices, minced garlic, and coriander section.

Prepare spices: star anise, pepper, bay leaf, dried red pepper.

Mix the beef with cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, and a little salt, and marinate for a quarter of an hour.

Cut baby cabbage into eight small petals connected by roots. (All in two, two in four, four in eight)

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, add pepper and dried red pepper to a low heat to stir up the aroma.

Remove and set aside.

Add sliced ginger, white onion, and bay leaves to the oil.

Don't remove it after stirring out the fragrance.

Add a tablespoon of chopped bean paste to the fragrant oil.

Stir fry until the red oil comes out. (If you don’t like the bean paste residue in the oil into the vegetable, you can remove it in this step)

Add some beef broth and bring to a boil. (If there is no beef, you can use water instead)

Add the cut baby cabbage and cook, and transfer to a bowl.

After boiling again, add the marinated beef slices and cook until boiling. (Don’t cook too old)

Pour into a large bowl with baby cabbage on the bottom, pour in the previously fragrant pepper and dried red pepper, top with minced garlic. (If you like less soup, you can add less soup, we like to use bibimbap, so a little more)

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in another pot until it smokes, and pour it over the minced garlic.

Sprinkle with coriander at the end.
