Carrots and potatoes often appeared on my dining table. One day, I suddenly thought, why not use them to make dumplings. My heart is not as good as action. I acted immediately, and sure enough, I made this carrot and potato dumplings.
I really can't taste the taste of the filling, but the taste is quite good.
I also feel that I have become more proficient in making dumplings, and I feel a sense of accomplishment. Haha.

Boiled Carrot and Potato Dumplings

1. Chop pork belly into puree and beat in an egg

2. Add salt, a little sesame oil, soy sauce, chicken powder, five-spice powder and pepper and other seasonings, mix well. Beat until fluffy.

3. Mince garlic. Mince ginger

4. Peel the carrots and potatoes, chop into puree, and season.

5. Stir in the meat together. After the potatoes are pureed, there will be water, you can add a little cornstarch and stir well. The filling should not be too thin.

6. Take a dumpling wrapper and add the filling.

7. Wrap and let stand

8. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the dumplings, add a small amount of salt to avoid breaking the skin. Then serve it out and serve it. You can add a little seasoning.

Tips:

1. The filling should be adjusted to taste, and it should be slightly saltier than usual.
2. The filling should not be too thin, otherwise it will break easily when cooking.
