Boiled Chicken Drumsticks with Tofu and Lettuce in Oil

Ingredients: oily tofu, lettuce (sliced and washed), cured chicken drumsticks (washed)

Put the lettuce on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Place the cured chicken legs on the chopping board and chop.

Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, add the chopped cured chicken drumsticks and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Then, add the oily tofu and the chopped lettuce, stir and bring to a boil.

Finally, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Stir the seasoning well and serve.
