Boiled Chinese Kale

Prepare the ingredients, mix the light soy sauce with a little sugar and boiling water.

Add oil and salt to a pot of boiling water.
3.
Wash the kale and blanch them in a pot for about 2 minutes.
4.
After blanching, add some warm water.
5.
Place the dishes on the plate and put three shreds on it and drizzle with hot oil.
6.
Top with light soy sauce.

Simply simple.
