Boiled Dumpling Wrappers with Beef and Greens

Wash the vegetables and cut into sections.

Cut the dumpling skin into wide strips.

Put some oil in the soup pot and add green onion and ginger.

Pour in the washed shredded beef, stir fry, and pour some wine.

Put in an appropriate amount of boiling water, cover the pot and simmer for about 1 hour.

The beef shreds are well cooked.

Put in the dumpling wrappers.

Cover the pot and boil.

Add the greens, cover the pot and boil again.

After the vegetables are cooked, add some salt and chicken essence to taste.

Tips:
1. After the dumpling skin is cut, it is equivalent to noodles. There is a saying in Yangzhou called "under the broad soup", which means that the water in the noodles must be enough, otherwise it will stick to a ball.
2. After the vegetables are boiled, open the pot, or the color of the vegetables will turn yellow, so that there will be no appetite.
