Boiled Enoki Mushroom

Wash enoki mushrooms and cut off the roots

Boil water in a pot, add salt and oil to the washed enoki mushrooms and blanch them
3.
Take out the blanched enoki mushrooms and spread the chopped green onion on top of the enoki mushrooms
4.
Oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, water, sesame oil to make a bowl of juice
5.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped peppers, then pour in the adjusted bowl of juice and boil
6.
Just pour it on top of enoki mushrooms
Tips:
Enoki mushrooms must be blanched before they can be eaten
