Prepare the materials as shown in the figure;

Cut the enoki mushrooms about 1-1.5 cm from the roots, tear them into small flowers and wash them; peel the garlic, wash and cut froth; cut the shallots and chopped green onions, and cut the millet into small circles;

Boil a pot of water in a pot, add a few drops of cooking oil, add an appropriate amount of salt, and add the enoki mushroom broth until the water boils again;

Take out the enoki mushrooms, drain the water, put them on the plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion and chili rings;
5.
Add two tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce to garlic, one tablespoon consumes oil, two tablespoons of water, and mix thoroughly to form a sauce;
6.
Add appropriate amount of sugar to the sauce and mix thoroughly (sugar is definitely the finishing touch, it is recommended to add it);
7.
Heat the wok again, add a little cooking oil, pour the sauce and boil on low heat;
8.
Pour the sauce evenly on the enoki mushrooms~
Tips:
1. If you don't like it hot, you don't need to add it, but I personally feel that adding a little bit, it has a slight spicy taste, and it is fresh pepper, which tastes better;
2. Flammulina has a taste of mushrooms, so add some garlic, chives and millet to be spicy, the taste can't be better~
3. Boiled vegetable wild sauce oil consumption: steamed fish soy sauce: water = 1:2:2, add appropriate amount of sugar, add a drop of oil to the pot, and boil on low heat;
