Boiled Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms and pick out the old parts of the enoki mushrooms; soak the enoki mushrooms in light salt water, if you soak them in rice-washing water, it will be better;

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the boiling pot, boil the enoki mushrooms, and blanch them in the pot;

Remove the enoki mushrooms, let them cool and boil, drain the water and set aside;

Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and sugar in an empty bowl, and stir evenly;

Wash the chives and cut into chopped green onions;

Wash the millet spicy and cut into chili rings;

Place the drained enoki mushrooms in a bowl; sprinkle with chives;

Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the wok to heat; add millet and stir fry until fragrant;
9.
Pour the seasoning juice into the enoki mushroom, pour the oil and millet in the pot on the enoki mushroom;

1. The seasoning of Flammulina velutipes is adjusted according to personal preference;
