Ingredients

Boiled Fish

1. Cut the fish and slice the fish

2. After cutting, put the fish head and fish bones into a basin, add green onion, ginger and garlic, and marinate for 20 minutes

3. Put the fish fillets into a basin and add the marinated fish fillets to the ingredients and marinate for 20 minutes

4. Wash and tear the lettuce into large pieces and place on the bottom of the bowl for later use

5. Chili and sesame pepper are ready

6. Pour three times the amount of cooking oil into the pot, low heat

7. Add the chili and sesame pepper after the oil has warmed up, and fry it on a low fire for a fragrance. Do not fry

8. After the aroma is released, remove half of the chili and sesame peppers and put them in a small bowl.

9. Turn on high heat, add Pixian bean paste and stir fry until fragrant

11. Add boiling water, the amount of water is less than the fish, add salt, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes

12. After simmering, evenly sprinkle the marinated fish fillets in, stirring with chopsticks from time to time, about 5-6 minutes before the fish fillets are cooked and ready

13. Put it in a bowl with lettuce, and pour the chili and sesame oil on top to complete it.

Tips:

Add chili and sesame pepper exactly as you wish
