Boiled Fish

Cut the fish and slice the fish

After cutting, put the fish head and fish bones into a basin, add green onion, ginger and garlic, and marinate for 20 minutes

Put the fish fillets into a basin and add the marinated fish fillets to the ingredients and marinate for 20 minutes
