Boiled Fish
1.
First boil the soybean sprouts, stir-fry the bean sprouts with chopped green onion, add salt, monosodium glutamate, and chicken powder.
2.
Wash the fish and separate the flesh.
3.
Fish partial slices are shown in the picture. Wash the flavor bottom, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken powder, pepper, and cooking wine. Grab evenly, put in an egg, and then add sweet potato powder or cornstarch.
4.
Fish meat and fish bones are sizing separately. Fish bone flavor, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken powder, pepper, cooking wine, sweet potato powder, or cornstarch, just grab well.
5.
Start the pot and boil water. After the water is boiled, add the fish bones and cook for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat to spread the fish fillets with the paddle and put them into the pot one by one. Pour out the fish fillets immediately after boiling.
6.
Put the fried bean sprouts in the soup bowl, put the cooked fish fillet on the bean sprouts and sprinkle with Sichuan pepper and sesame pepper. (Increase or decrease Sichuan pepper and sesame pepper according to personal preference)
7.
Start the pot and heat the oil. When the oil temperature reaches 70% hot, put it in the soup bowl (be careful not to burn it). The spicy and fragrant boiled fish is ready. 😊
