Tips:

1. The amount of water for boiled fish should not be too much, just put in the fish fillets and just submerge them in water.
2. Fry part of the pepper and chili before cooking the fish. When it is cooked, the red pigment in the chili can be fully leached to make the oil red and bright.
3. The taste of fish meat is marinated from the front, so it must be marinated thoroughly.
