Boiled Fish
1.
Slice ginger and mince garlic.
2.
Long Li fish fillets are fish fillets with uniform thickness.
3.
Grab the fish fillets with a little salt, cooking wine, cornstarch and half an egg white, and marinate for 15 minutes. The taste of fish meat is marinated in front, so it must be marinated thoroughly.
4.
Peel the lettuce and cut into thin slices. You can also add soybean sprouts, thousand sheets, etc. according to personal preference.
5.
Add oil in a clean wok. After the oil is hot, add three spoons of watercress (or chopped pepper) and sauté until fragrant. Add ginger, garlic, green onion, peppercorns, and red pepper, and stir-fry on medium-low heat. Add a small bowl of water and bring to a boil. (Boiled according to the fish fillet to be cooked)
6.
Put the lettuce slices into the basin, and place the longli fish in a round shape, so that the heating is more even. Sprinkle with chili, ginger, green onion, garlic, and bay leaves.
7.
Pour the soup from step 5 into the container.
8.
Put the container in the microwave, cover it and leave some gaps.
9.
Microwave power is high for 10 minutes.
10.
A deliciously boiled fish is served, which is appetizing.
Tips:
1. The amount of water for boiled fish should not be too much, just put in the fish fillets and just submerge them in water.
2. Fry part of the pepper and chili before cooking the fish. When it is cooked, the red pigment in the chili can be fully leached to make the oil red and bright.
3. The taste of fish meat is marinated from the front, so it must be marinated thoroughly.
This recipe uses a Midea microwave oven, the model is EG720KG3-NR1, the capacity is 20L, and the power is 700W. Please adjust the heating time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own microwave oven.
