Boiled Fish Noodle Meat with Zucchini Sauce

Prepare ingredients: zucchini skin, fish noodle meat, ginger, garlic.

Peel the zucchini, remove the flesh and cut into large pieces, cut the two large pieces of fish noodles into four small pieces, soak up the moisture with kitchen paper, and chop the ginger and garlic.

Heat a pot with a proper amount of olive oil, and put the fish noodles into it.

Slightly serve on both sides.

Tips:
