Boiled Kale Shrimp

Peel off the shell of the shrimp and pick out the shrimp thread with a knife; rinse with clean water, drain the water and set aside.

Tips:
1. The kale has a slightly bitter taste. It is best to add a little sugar before frying to better neutralize the taste.
