Boiled Kidneys

First cut the waist in half with a knife, thoroughly clean the waist in the middle, and then cut a thin cross knife on the back.

Then cut the pork loin into thick strips, add some salt, cooking wine, pepper and ginger, grab a few times with your hands, marinate for 10 minutes to remove the smell

After the water is boiled, put in the pork loin and blanch for 5 seconds to remove the blood

Raise the frying pan, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add 2 tablespoons of June couma sauce and mix well

Add 2 large bowls of water to a boil
