Boiled Loach

1. Add salt, pepper noodles, cooking wine, cornstarch flavor to the loach

2. Celery separates the leaves and stems. The leaves are used for the base. You don’t need to cook them, they can be raw. The stems are directly cut into short sections.

3. Burn oil, stir-fry the ginger garlic rice until fragrant, add watercress, chili noodles, green pepper noodles, salt, pepper, sugar, chicken essence, and concentrated broth

4. After sautéing, add the chili and sauté until fragrant

5. After sautéing, add water, boil and put the loach

6. When the loach is ready, pour the celery down and boil it again.

7. Put the sea pepper noodles and dried green pepper on the loach noodles, sprinkle with chopped green onion and millet spicy rings

8. Put the green peppercorns in the pan and fry them in oil, and then pour the fried peppercorns and oil on the plate.
