I like to mix and match dishes. This dish contains vegetables, dried tofu, and fungus tomatoes. I really don’t know what to call it. Just call it mixed vegetables, the hot and sour taste is very appetizing

Boiled Mixed Vegetables in Red Sour Soup

1. Ready-made red sour soup

2. Dried tofu and tomato cut and set aside

3. Wash the fungus and cabbage

4. Heat oil in a pan, add tomatoes and fry until sandy

5. Then pour 15g of red sour soup and stir fry for a while

6. Then pour in the right amount of water, pour in dried tofu and boil

7. After boiling, add salt and cook for another four to five minutes to make the dried tofu more delicious

8. After five minutes, pour in the cabbage fungus and boil again

9. After boiling, the Chinese cabbage is cooked thoroughly, drip in a little oil to get out of the pot

Tips:

If the fungus is dry, soak it in advance
