Boiled Okra

Remove the stalks and wash the okra

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add the okra and blanch for 2 minutes, turn off the heat

Take out the okra and let it dry in cold water

Take a small dish and add oyster sauce soy sauce
5.
Add the sesame paste, then add a little bit of cold white boiled, and mix well

Put the okra and the dipping saucer on the plate
Tips:
The boiled okra is best used in cold white to open the sesame paste. When adding less water, it will thicker and thicker. Add a little more to dilute it.
