Boiled Okra
1.
The okra does not go to the stem, soak it in light salt water or rice water for a while (about 10 minutes can be used for cleaning.)
2.
Rinse the soaked okra twice with clean water and remove the stems for later use.
3.
Boil water in the pot, boil the okra in the pot for 2-3 minutes, remove and set aside.
4.
Put the okra on the plate and sprinkle with garlic. Leave a little water to boil the okra in the pot, add salt, chicken essence, sugar, and light soy sauce to melt and pour it into the okra dish. Wash the pot and heat, add a little salad oil and sesame oil, the ratio is 2:1. Heat the oil to 10 layers and pour it on the garlic.
Tips:
1. Be sure to bring the stems and use salt water or rice blister to prevent the dirty water from getting in from the cut surface.
2. The amount of garlic can be according to your preference.
