Boiled Okra

Chop garlic into puree, and cut pepper into sections for later use.

Wash the okra, put it in a pot of boiling water and cook, pick up, cut in half, and serve.
3.
Put the oil in the hot pot of the wok, add the chili section on a low heat, saute the garlic, add salt, soy sauce chicken powder, boil on and off, and pour it on the okra.
