Boiled Okra

The okra is soaked and cleaned in light salt water

Put it in a pot of boiling water and boil it (put some oil in the pot to make the finished product look better)
3.
Mix the seasoning directly and set aside
4.
Put the hot cooked okra into cold boiling water to cool down and then cut open the plate
5.
Pour the dipping sauce on top (I use red hot peppers for garnish, so you can ignore it), or just dip it when you eat it
Tips:
The head of the okra should be cut open after being scalded, because its sticky substance contains 50% cellulose, which is good for laxative, detoxification and anti-cancer
