Boiled Pork Neck with Ginger and Spring Onion

Cut the pork into thin slices.

Slice ginger and garlic, and cut green onions.
3.
Add ginger and garlic in a hot oil pan until fragrant.

Pour in the meat slices and cook.

When the meat changes color on both sides, add appropriate amount of water, change the heat to medium and low, cover the pot and cook for about 4 minutes.
6.
Open the lid, add sugar and light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Add green onions and stir fry a few times before serving.
Tips:
Don't put the light soy sauce and sugar too early, as it will have a sour taste.
