Boiled Potatoes with Mustard Shredded Xiuzhen Mushrooms

Ingredients: potatoes (washed and peeled), Xiuzhen mushroom (washed), shredded mustard tuber.

Place the potatoes on the chopping board and cut into slices.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the cut potatoes and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water and boil until the potatoes are cooked and tender.

Then, combine the washed Xiuzhen mushrooms and mustard shreds, stir and bring to a boil.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Season to mix and serve.
