Boiled Rice Porridge

Add cooking wine, salt, and egg white to the minced meat and stir vigorously, and cut the louvers into suitable sizes.

Spread out the louvers, and put a proper amount of minced meat on the louvers.

Roll up the lower end and wrap the meat in it.

Fold the two ends toward the middle.

It's packed.

Use leftover rice to cook a pot of porridge, put in the venetian bag (add a little salt to the porridge).

It's done.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion when eating, or add some white pepper.
