Hot and Sour Soup

Tips:
1. The amount of salt can be appropriately added according to personal taste, and only a small pinch of white sugar is enough, which mainly plays a role in improving freshness.
2. I put the sliced braised beef directly, if not, you can leave it alone, or use beef slices, just blanch them before they are out of the pot.
