Boiled Sea Fish with Chrysanthemum

Wash 6 sea fish. (Washed the internal organs)

Wash the green garlic and cut into sections, and shred the ginger.
3.
Wash chrysanthemum chrysanthemum in an appropriate amount.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and stir fry until fragrant.
5.
Add sea fish in turn and fry until both sides turn white.
6.
Fry the fish, add green garlic and white, add water to slightly submerge the fish, cover and bring to a boil.
7.
Bring to a boil for two or three minutes, add green garlic and some salt to taste.
8.
Add chrysanthemum chrysanthemum and blanch it.
