The good and simple boiled shrimp is the favorite of my children. Shrimp is highly nutritious, but it’s expensive to buy fresh sea prawns born in inland cities. But I still have to eat because I like it. Hehe.

Ingredients

1. Wash the shrimps and cut off the long beards

2. Boil water in a pot, put ginger slices, white wine, and salt

3. Add the shrimp when it boils again and cook for one minute. Serve it out and place it on a plate. Use ginger rice, light soy sauce, and vinegar to make the dipping sauce.

Tips:

Don't cook the shrimp for too long, it won't taste good if it gets old
