Boiled Shrimp

Wash the shrimps and cut off the long beards

Boil water in a pot, put ginger slices, white wine, and salt

Add the shrimp when it boils again and cook for one minute. Serve it out and place it on a plate. Use ginger rice, light soy sauce, and vinegar to make the dipping sauce.
Tips:
Don't cook the shrimp for too long, it won't taste good if it gets old
