Boiled Shrimp

Remove the head and shrimp whiskers, pick the shrimp thread, and wash.

Place minced garlic, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl and mix well.

Put water in the pot, add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, green onion and ginger.
4.
Add the prawns after the water has boiled and cook for a minute or two.
5.
Take out the prawns and immediately let them pass cold water before taking out the water control.
6.
Place the prawns and bowl of juice. Dip in shrimp and eat.
7.
Delicious prawns.
Tips:
Don't cook the prawns for that long.
