Boiled Shrimp

Wash and drain the shrimp for later use

Pour two bowls of water into the pot and boil, put the ginger slices

Pour in shrimp and salt, stir to heat the shrimp evenly

When the water boils again for a minute, you can turn off the heat

Drain the shrimp and put it on a plate! Chopped green onion, chili, garlic and put in soy sauce vinegar
Tips:
1. After pouring the shrimp, the water in the pot will not be easy to boil again for a minute or so. 2. The dip material can be deployed as you like.
