Then use scissors to cut off the long beard
4.
Then cut off the hard sword on the head so that it won’t be stabbed when eating
5.
Rinse the treated shrimp with running water for later use
6.
Put water in the pot, add some vegetable oil and ginger slices
7.
Pour in some cooking wine and bring to a boil, so that the cooked shrimp will not be fishy
8.
Add a teaspoon of salt when the water is boiling
9.
Put the shrimp in, cook until the shrimp is rolled up, and when the color turns red, take it out to control the water
10.
Use very fresh soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to mix well to make a dipping sauce.
Tips:
It is not easy to cook the shrimp for too long, the shrimp meat will get old, which will affect the taste and texture.
