Boiled Shrimp

Fresh prawns.

Cut off the shrimp.

Ingredients used.

Chop the shallots, ginger, and garlic flat, and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of water, ginger slices, and chives to a boil.

After the water boils, put the shrimp in and drizzle with a few drops of rice wine.

Tips:
1. Choose fresh and larger shrimp.
2. Shrimp only needs to be cooked, not too long (shrimp turns red and bends, about a few minutes).
