Boiled Shrimp
1.
Wash the fresh prawns with salt water, cut off the long whiskers and the small sharp corners on both sides of the head
2.
Put water in a boiling pot, put ginger slices, pour in white wine, boil open salt
3.
Add the shrimp when the water boils again, cook for 1 minute when the shrimp body turns red, turn off the heat
4.
Take out the plate after cooling. Then use a small piece of ginger to cut the ginger rice and light soy sauce, and mix the balsamic vinegar into the sauce.
Tips:
Before cooking the shrimp, cut off the small sharp corners on both sides of the head, so as not to scratch the mouth when eating the shrimp. Do not cook for more than one minute, so as not to cook too old and affect the taste
