Boiled Small Fish

Newly bought small fish.

Handle clean fish.
3.
Hot oil in a cold pan.
4.
Put all the small fishes in the flour on both sides in turn.
5.
Fried golden on both sides.
6.
Add all the spices.
7.
Put the water almost indifferent to the small fish, then turn to a low heat and simmer for half an hour.
8.
Cut coriander and garlic and set aside.
9.
Add the garlic and parsley to the pan for five minutes.
10.
Plate.
