Boiled Snow Peas

Prepare ingredients.

Wash snow peas, remove the stalks and remove the tendons.
Put water in a pot and boil, add a little salt and salad oil.
Pour snow peas into a pot of boiling water and blanch for 2 minutes.

Remove the blanched snow peas and pour them into ice water for a while.

Put shredded ginger and minced garlic in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of white sugar and half of the cooked sesame seeds. Put 1 tablespoon of salad oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pot, heat up and pour into a bowl. Mix well into the sauce.

Put snow peas in a plate, pour in the sauce, and mix well.

Set a plate, then sprinkle the other half of the cooked sesame seeds on the snow peas and serve.
Tips:
1. Sesame seeds should be fried in advance.
2. If you like spicy food, you can add millet spicy to the sauce.
3. The boiled snow peas can be eaten directly with the sauce or directly mixed with the sauce.
4. When blanching snow peas, add salt and oil to the water to keep the emerald green color. After blanching, immerse it in ice water to maintain a crisp taste. If there is no ice water, cold boiled water can be used.
