Boiled Spicy Carp Roe

Add hot oil to the hot pot base, ginger, garlic, green onion, dried chili, pepper, star anise, and fat spicy fish sauce and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the right amount of water to boil and open the fish.

Boil open into fish roe.

Add tofu and simmer for 20 minutes.

If the fish head is bigger, cook a little longer.
