Boiled Tea Eggs

The eggs are cooked in water
2.
Break the egg shells with a spoon
3.
Put the egg tea bag in the pot and half the pot of water
4.
Add dark soy sauce, salt and rock sugar
5.
Cook on high heat for 15 minutes
6.
Soak in low heat for half an hour and overnight
Tips:
It tastes better if you put more tea and less spices, and you can buy it in supermarkets.
