Boiled Tofu

Wash the tofu bubble and change the knife.

Wash bay leaves, star anise, and cinnamon, mince garlic, and slice ginger.

Put water in a pot, add star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaves and cook for three minutes to remove the water.

Put oil in the pot, add minced garlic and sliced ginger and stir fragrant.

Pour in the boiled spice water.

Put in a little soy sauce.

Add a spoonful of oyster sauce.

Add pepper.
9.
Add a little sugar.
10.
Season with salt.

Add chicken essence.

Put the tofu bubble in and cook for three minutes, turn off the heat.

Finished product.
