Boiled Winter Melon with Mustard Ribbon Beans

Ingredients: shredded mustard tuber, wax gourd (peeled, cleaned and cut open), with beans (picked and washed)

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut winter melon and the picked and washed beans and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water and boil until cooked.

Then, combine the mustard shreds and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.
