1.
Wash the sirloin, cut into small pieces, put it in the pot, drain it out and set aside.
2.
Rinse the potato cutting hob with water and drain it for later use.
3.
Cut the carrot into pieces with a hob.
4.
Wash the cabbage and cut into small pieces.
5.
Put oil in the pan and fry the ginger onion, put the sirloin and stir fry.
6.
Add the onion and fry for a while, and transfer it out to a large pot.
7.
Add oil and stir-fry carrots, potatoes, and cabbage, and put them in a large pot every time they are fried.
8.
Finally, boil the two tomatoes into tomato sauce and add it to a large pot, add water to submerge all the ingredients, put the shallots on a high heat and simmer for 20 minutes, then turn to a low heat and simmer for about 1.5 hours until the sirloin is stewed.
9.
Add salt and tomato sauce and cook for about ten minutes.
Tips:
1. The sirloin can also be replaced with beef, but the sirloin is softer.
2. It would have been better to add red sausage, but I didn't have it on the day I made it, so I didn't add it.
3. When the stew is at the end, use a spoon to crush the potatoes to make the soup thicker.
