Borscht is a thick vegetable soup that originated in Ukraine. It can be enjoyed both hot and cold after it is made.

1. Wash the vegetables and drain

2. Cut the cabbage into strips, peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, cut the celery into small pieces, cut the onion into strips, and cut potatoes and carrots into small pieces.

3. After heating the pan, add the lard

4. After the oil is hot, add onions, celery, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and stir fry for 1 minute

5. Stir-fry until the vegetables are slightly soft, pour in the tomatoes and continue to fry

6. After the tomatoes are sanded, pour in salt, sugar, tomato sauce, and stir-fry evenly

7. Add boiling water, turn to a low heat, and boil for 20 minutes

8. Pour in beef rolls (you can use fresh beef cubes instead), cook for 5 minutes, pour in starch water, boil and take out!
