Boshan Tofu Box

One piece of tofu (about a catty and a half).

Half a catty of minced meat (Put in cooking wine, sugar, and minced green garlic to remove fishy and freshness.)

Water-fat sea rice, fungus, bamboo shoots.

One tomato and one cucumber.

Cut the tofu into rectangular pieces (5 cm long and 3 cm wide).

Put the pot on the stove and add oil (a catty and a half) over the fire.

The oil temperature is 60 to 70% hot (about 220 degrees), put in the tofu dough and deep fry (use a colander to keep turning over)

Fry it until golden brown and remove it for later use.

Use two rice wires to bend into a rectangle (according to the width of the tofu)

Cut the tofu box in a long way, don't cut it.

Add a little soy sauce, vinegar, and soaked sea rice in the soup. Add water starch to thicken and drizzle with sesame oil.
