Bowl Cake

Grease the special bowl for bozai pudding. (There is no special bowl, you can use small bowl or egg tart mold)

Put the bowl in the steamer, turn off the heat to keep warm when the water is boiled.

Mix sticky rice noodles and orange noodles.

Add 150 grams of water and mix well.

Add 250 grams of water to rock sugar (or white sugar, if you want to have a color, you can put brown sugar, borneol sugar. The amount of sugar is slightly sweet, and you can add sugar according to your own taste.)

Bring to a boil until the sugar melts.
7.
Slowly pour it into the pasta while it is hot, stirring quickly while pouring.

Mix into a slurry.

Pour the flour paste into a bowl of bozai cake, 8 minutes full. (Can make 19.)

Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam on high heat for 20 minutes.

Take out the pot and let cool. (It’s okay if you don’t undercut

Very beautiful dimples. (Bozai cakes must have dimples in the middle to be considered a success.)

Use a toothpick to draw a circle around the edge of the bowl, it will be easily demoulded, and it will not stick to the bowl at all.
