Bracken and Soy Stew

After washing the pork belly, blanch the pot under cold water

Pour all the fried dishes into the Midea electric pressure cooker

Add the bracken and soybeans soaked and washed in advance

Put on the lid of the Midea pressure cooker, turn on the power, select "Beans/Tendron" in the function menu, select "Moderate" for the taste, and press "Start"

Tips:
1. The bracken is soaked in boiled or warm water for 3 hours in advance, and it tastes softer and rotten.
2. Soybeans are also recommended to be soaked in advance. If you forget to soak, select the "bean/ tendon" function when stewing.
3. After the stew is done, operate the "juice collection" function again to make the soup thicker
